Cucumber & Cream Cheese Canapés

Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese, slightly softened
2 teaspoons chili sauce
2 teaspoons rum
12 small toast squares or slices French bread
12 cucumber slices, salted

Directions

• Blend cheese, chili sauce and rum together.
• Spread squares of toast with mixture.
• Place a slice of cucumber on top.
• Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Delicious and easy hors d'oeuvres to pass around.
