Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
2/3 cup cocoa
3 cups granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
4 ounces butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients
- Stir in milk
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Test for readiness by dropping a little mixture into a glass of icy cold water. If it forms a soft, firm ball, the fudge is ready to pour.
- Remove from heat and add the butter and vanilla. Do not stir.
- Cool, then beat the fudge.
- Spread out on pan and allow to set.
- Cut into squares.
