Ingredients

6 cups of rhubarb, chopped
1-2 cups sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom or juice of 1/2 lemon

For the topping:
4 ounces butter, chilled
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
A large pinch salt
