This recipe has been sent to us all the way from the Lemon Tree Restaurant in Malaysia (Jalan Bedara Street, Taman Melodies). Hell's Kitchen is one of the few places in New York where there are still plenty of butchers where you can find chicken livers (and all kinds of other offal), so we're happily presenting this contribution to our recipes.

750g chicken livers
little seasoned flour *
45ml chopped green onion
60ml butter
60ml white wine
60ml chicken stock
15ml apple juice
375ml seedless grapes (green and black)
90ml sour cream
chopped parsley to garnish
* seasoned flour is plain flour combined with: salt, pepper, dried herbs, garlic powder.
